General
information

The large-capacity classification line is designed to operate in a closed-loop system with a ball mill (or other type of grinding equipment).
Using a high-performance centrifugal classifier as part of the grinding system allows for the production of powdered materials of a specified size, such as cement, dolomite, marble, kaolin, and others. For example, it is used in the production of cement with a specific surface area of over 4,000 cm²/g. Not only does it ensure the quality of the ground product but also reduces energy consumption. The line operates in a closed-loop system. The main flow of transport air is returned to the classifier by a transport fan, and only a quarter of the airflow is discharged into the atmosphere after cleaning in a bag filter. The total installed capacity of the electric motors is 235 kW.
